- Helps develop customized programs to meet specific client needs
Dr. Mark Farmer, Sr., Ph.D. - Senior Technical Consultant
- Received his doctorate from Auburn University
- Provides field support in the U.S. and abroad, including helping clients establish a sound nutritional program tied to both business and performance goals
- Has an extensive layer, broiler and turkey background along with a strong network of key technical contacts in these industries
- Provides nutritional and technical support for game bird producers in North America. A true sportsman, Dr. Farmer brings a passion and commitment to this rapidly growing industry and sport that he treasures
- Assists leading poultry universities across the country to identify and coordinate on-going poultry research projects for Ridley Inc.
Steve Riggs - Poultry Specialist - California/Pacific Northwest Emphasis
- B.S. degree in Poultry Science from California Polytechnic State University
- Extensive live production experience working with poultry integrators (including layers, broilers and turkeys)
- Effectively utilizes the Ridley Feed Management System and Ridley Poultry Model to integrate business goals into a sound nutritional program for clients
- Has a proactive approach looking for opportunities rather than reacting only to problems
- Active member of the Pacific Egg and Poultry Association (PEPA)
Dudley Williams - Poultry Consultant - California/Arizona Emphasis

Jim Geary - Poultry Specialist, Mideastern U.S. Emphasis
- Animal Science degree from the University of Illinois in Champaign.
- 25 plus years of experience in poultry management at the primary breeder and the commercial egg production level.
- Live production expertise in most all areas of pullet and layer operations.
- Formulation knowledge and experience in utilizing feedstuffs in a balanced approach to improve efficiency and profitability for commercial egg operations.
- Along with the Ridley Poultry Team he has become a resource for investigating poultry feeding management challenges and finding better economic solutions for producers.
