Tom Seite - Vice President & General Manager
- B.S. in Animal Science from Iowa State University and a MBA from North Central College.
- More than 30 years of experience in the feed and animal health business. Previous positions include Quality Assurance, Production, Pricing and Formulation, Director of Feed Additives, and Operations Manager.
Bob Sotak - Director of Manufacturing
- B.S. in Business Administration from West Virginia University.
- More than 30 years of experience in manufacturing operations. Previous manufacturing positions held include Production Manager, Assistant Plant Manager, Plant Manager, and Manufacturing Manager.
Kent Woods - Plant Manager
- B.S. in Agri-Business Management and Farm Operations from Iowa State University.
- More than 25 years of experience in the feed and animal health business. Previous positions include Pricing, Quality/Assurance/Production Supervisor, and Production Manager.
Rex Blunk - Purchasing Manager
- More than 30 years of experience in the feed and animal health business.
- Previous positions include Production & Shipping Manager, Purchasing Manager, Operations Manager, General Manager for Custom Blenders of Fort Dodge, Iowa. Director of Purchasing for Veterinary Laboratories, and Production Supervisor for Ridley Feed Ingredients.

David Gulick - 1st Shift Production Supervisor
- More than 30 years of experience in the feed and animal health business.
- Previous positions include maintenance, production, and Packaging Operator in a feed mill. More than 24 years of production experience at Mendota coupled with a passion for automation and computers have made him a key member of our team.
- For the past several years, David has scheduled production and is our 1st shift Production Supervisor.
Amy Krueger - Quality Assurance Supervisor
- B.S. in Feed Science and Management from Kansas State University.
- More than 15 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Production. Amy has been our QA Supervisor since 1996.
- Amy heads up our Quality program which includes being our ISO and HACCP Team Leader.
Tyler Kent - 2nd Shift Production Supervisor
- Tyler was recently promoted to our 2nd shift Supervisor in September 2011 after previously holding multiple plant production positions.
- Tyler has completed 3 years of working towards a Bachelor of Science degree at Southern Illinois University in Carbondale, Illinois.
Cesar Arteaga - Production/QA Assistant
- Cesar is the newest addition to our Mendota team. He joined RFI in June 2011 with excellent educational training.
- Cesar has experience in Lean Manufacturing and has a B.S. in Industrial Technology and a M.S. in Manufacturing Systems both from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale, Illinois.
