Jackie Emm - Customer Service Coordinator

• Jackie has over 36 years of service here at the Mendota plant, holding various positions within the office. She has been our Customer Service Coordinator for the 13 years. Jackie also has Associates degrees in General Arts and Marketing from Illinois Valley Community College.

Bob Aldenhoff - Customer Service Supervisor

• Bob has 39 years of experience in the animal nutrition industry. Bob has a wealth of experience from various plant and office positions including Order Dept. Supervisor, Quality Assurance Supervisor, Warehouse Foreman, Plant Foreman and Customer Service. For the past 16 years Bob has worked in Customer Service.
