Bill Bauer - Administrative Assistant
- Bill joined RFI as an Administrative Assistant to accounting and quality assurance.
- Bill has 30+ years of production, administrative and purchasing experience. Bill has an Associate’s degree in Business from Illinois Valley Community College.
Patricia Truckenbrod - Accounting
- Patricia has nearly 34 years of experience at our plant taking care of various accounting and customer service oriented tasks of the business.
- Patricia is the wife of Paul Truckenbrod, our lead Maintenance/Electrician. Paul began working with us just a few months prior to Patricia.
Shawn Myers - Customer Service/Accounting
- Shawn brought nearly 25 years of Customer Service, Administrative and Accounting work experience when she joined RFI in 2005.
- Shawn’s main job duties today include customer invoicing, inventory control, taking customer orders and working with the RFI sales staff.
Jackie Emm - Customer Service Coordinator
- Jackie has over 36 years of service here at the Mendota plant, holding various positions within the office. She has been our Customer Service Coordinator for the 13 years. Jackie also has Associates degrees in General Arts and Marketing from Illinois Valley Community College.
Mary Bend - Customer Service
- Mary joined RFI as part of our Customer Service Department prior to Bob Aldenhoff’s retirement.
- Mary has 30 years of customer service and office administrative experience. Mary has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Northern Illinois University.
