Jessica Milewski – Customer Service & Accounting
- Jessica has over 8 years of experience in Customer Service and Financial Operations.
- Jessica’s main job duties include Customer Invoicing, Inventory Control, and Customer Service. She is currently attending Illinois valley Community College pursuing an Associate Degree in Business Administration and Computer Science.
Jackie Emm - Customer Service Coordinator
- Jackie has 40 years of service here at the Mendota plant, holding various positions within the office. She has been our Customer Service Coordinator for the past 15 + years. Jackie also has Associates Degrees in General Arts and Marketing from Illinois Valley Community College.
Patricia Truckenbrod - Accounting
- Patricia has more than 35 years of experience at our plant taking care of various Accounting and Customer Service oriented tasks of the business.
- Patricia is the wife of Paul Truckenbrod, our Lead maintenance/Electrician. Paul began working with us just a few months prior to Patricia.
Marci Hebert - Customer Service
- Marci has recently joined our Customer Service Team.
- Marci has 12 years of Customer Service experience and has over 5 years of experience in the feed industry. She has a Bachelor of Science Degree from Illinois State University.
Shawn Myers - Pricing & Formulations
- Shawn has over 25 years of experience in Customer Service, Administration, and Accounting.
- Shawn's responsibilities include maintaining formulas and handling pricing duties within our ERP system.
